During the last two years, L&OD have continued to create and deliver digital Learning and Development opportunities using MS Teams and our learning platform iLearn.
The L&OD Team recognise that training needs may have shifted as the Council moves into a hybrid way of working and have created a brief Learning and Development Survey to inform future training and e-learning opportunities. Staff are encouraged to share their views before the deadline on Monday 20 June – your participation is much appreciated.
