As we approach the Christmas holiday period, we would like to kindly remind all services of our legal obligation to respond to Information Access Requests (Freedom of Information, Subject Access Request and Schedule 2).
The Information Governance team appreciate that this time of year is busy, however, it is essential that we continue to do our best to meet the legislative requirements.
Please take a moment to review our emails and respond with any queries, request assistance or apply extensions with plenty of notice.
Colleagues should notify Information Governance via email on receipt of a request if the information sought does not fall within the scope of your service. Contact details and more information is on the Information Governance Connects webpage.
If any coordinators are on holiday over the festive period, please let the team know who will be covering in your absence.
