Civica Pay has now replaced PARIS Income Management and Cash Receipting system

Civica Pay will go Live on Tuesday 6 April. To minimise the council’s downtime for taking payments during the implementation, PARIS will be available on the morning of April 6th for payments but throughout the day Civica Pay and the following elements will be brought on-line;

  • Automated Telephone Payments (ATP)
  • Web Customer Payments – Internet Payments (eStore)
  • Staff Customer payments – Telephone Payments / Counter Receipting (WebPay Staff)

Users of the payment system will be notified of changes throughout the day as and when they happen. There will be a new telephone number for phone payments and also a new link for Civica on-line payments.

North Ayrshire Council Web info, links and other external communications will be appropriately updated and Civica Pay reference documents and How To guides will be made available.

Chip and Pin Readers will be installed before the Offices re-open.

PARIS will not be available for payments as of April 7 but reporting from PARIS will still be possible.
