Founded in 2004, Break the Silence is a registered charity providing a range of tailored, professional support options for people affected by childhood sexual trauma in East and North Ayrshire. The service comprises 6x one-hour sessions with a qualified counsellor. Sessions are fortnightly and require a regular time commitment.
