A new digital skills survey has launched…
On Friday you will have received an email link to the Digital Skills Survey, this survey is a valuable opportunity to share your insights and experiences regarding the digital skills you have and the tools you use.
Why is your input important?
As an organisation, we want to understand how digital tools are currently being used across the council and identify any areas where additional support may be needed. Your feedback will be instrumental in shaping future initiatives aimed at improving our digital capabilities, ultimately helping us work more efficiently and effectively.
The Survey:
- Quick and easy to complete, taking no more than 10-15 minutes of your time.
- It will cover various areas including the digital tools you currently use, areas where you feel confident, and where you might need further development or support.
- Your responses will remain anonymous, so you can be open and honest with your responses.
Our Goal is to use the feedback to identify digital strengths and areas where digital skills can be improved, to create a workplace where everyone can succeed in the digital age. By participating, you are helping to build a stronger, more digitally empowered team. The deadline to complete the survey is Friday 6 December.
