Following the launch of the new Wellbeing@Work (Supporting Attendance Policy) the new Wellbeing@Work Discretion Request automated 365 form will replace the current paper-based Dirscretion Request form.
The Wellbeing@Work – Discretion Request E-form should be used where Line Managers believe that discretion to vary from the Wellbeing@Work Procedure may be appropriate.
The new e-form is supported by an automated approval process therefore making the process more streamlined and the overall application quicker and easier for everyone. On completion of the form, you will receive real-time updates on where your request is in the approval chain.
