Back for the 19th year running, Earth Hour is a global campaign to give an hour while doing something you love and join millions around the globe in creating a moment that the world can’t miss!
Earth Hour 2025 takes place 8.30pm local time on Saturday 22 March and is a chance to take 60 minutes of positive action for the planet.
How to get involved…
- Could you switch off all of your lights for that hour?
- Or, do you power down the TV, laptops and devices and play a board game together with friends and family instead?
- Instead of scrolling, why not give your phone a rest and use your hour to read a book?
- Perhaps you could make your home green by changing your light bulbs to energy efficient ones or you could read the article from the WWF on impactful steps for an energy efficient home that can be taken longer term.
