As we head towards a well-deserved festive break, colleagues are asked to familiarise themselves with our revised opening times – these will also be shared with residents via social media before we finish up.
The opening hours for customer services and contact centre are as follows:
Customer Services and Contact Centre
- Closed from 3pm on Tuesday 24 December
- Open 9am to 4:30pm on Friday 27 December and 9am to 4:45pm on Monday 30 December
- Open 9am to 12.30pm on Tuesday 31 December
- Closed over New Year and will reopen as normal on Friday 3 January.
While we are closed, emergency calls (repairs, faults etc) will be handled by our out-of-hours service via 01294 310 000. Remember you can access most of our services online too at: www.north-ayrshire.gov.uk
