There are some important dates closing in this week, don’t delay on procurement quotes and tenders.

Quick Quotes/Mini-Competitions under £50,000 for Supplies and Services and £500,000 for Works
Requests for Procurement Action (“RPA”) must be submitted to procurement@north-ayrshire.gov.uk before Friday, 29 November 2024 with all the necessary documentation for the quick quote exercise.
The last day for publishing quick quotes and low value mini-competitions on PCS-Tender will be Friday 13 December 2024, with a submission deadline date of no earlier than Friday 10th January 2025.
Any RPAs received after the 29 November 2024 deadline may not be published on PCS-Tender until w/c 6 January 2025 and will follow the normal project timescales as outlined within the RPA.
GPA Tenders/Non-GPA Tenders/Mini-Competitions over £50,000 for Supplies and Services and £500,000 for Works
The last day for publishing GPA tenders, non-GPA tenders and high value mini-competitions on PCS/PCS-Tender will be Friday, 13 December 2024 with a submission deadline date of no earlier than Friday, 24 January 2025.
These timescales only apply to RPAs which have already been submitted and are being progressed by procurement. Any RPAs received from today onwards will be allocated and progressed, but may not be published prior to Christmas.
