Free LiveWell activities to kick start your year!

The LiveWell group have arranged the following free activities for you to start 2021 on a healthier footing!

Exercise Classes

Bodyweight circuit class – Monday’s at 7:30am

Tai Chi and stretch – Wednesday’s at 1:30pm

Each class is on zoom and lasts 30 minutes,  to book a place please email

Pop up, Get Up and Move (10-mintue class) – everyday from 12noon starting today, 18 January.

Weight Management classes

Yes, it’s that time of year! You may have started to do something about it but losing weight is always easier with the support of others.

These 6 week sessions provided by KA Leisure will be a 20-30 minute education and chat group to support you to lose or manage your weight. You will be given a weekly exercise or activity challenge to help keep you on track. There are two groups:

Group 1 – Monday 18 January, 12:30 pm

Group 2 – Thursday 21 January, 4:15 pm

Mindfulness Course

This popular 4 week programme delivered by Everyday Mindfulness Scotland is back for another run. Starting on Thursday 21 January at 6:30pm – 7:45 pm, it runs for four sessions (21 and 28 January, and 4 and 11 February). To book a place please email
