The LiveWell group have partnered up with KA leisure to bring FREE health checks to Council employees over the next few weeks.
The Free health check sessions include lifestyle and weight management advice along with cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar testing and the Boditrax machine – a clever system that assesses your body and, very quickly, delivers 14 different measurements, such as your ideal weight, your BMI and your metabolic age.
Daytime health checks* will take place during business hours as follows (40-mins per slot):
- Cunninghame House, Wednesday 1 May – book now!

Sessions are taking place on the 3rd Floor West Occupational Health rooms, please go to the waiting room on the righthand side of the corridor (Half-glass door).
