This month, the Freedom of Information Scotland Act (FOISA) celebrates its 21st anniversary. To raise further awareness of the Act, a new iLearn module is now available for everyone to complete. The module has been simplified and provides a flavour of the Act.
The module has been designed to help the Council to continue promote a culture of transparency and openness, which in the essence of FOISA, creates trust and builds relationships with our citizens.
The module is designed as an overview for all, should you require assistance with more in-depth knowledge of FOISA please contact the FOI Team who will be happy to provide further information or training.
