Do you live with a neurological condition such as MS, Parkinson’s, epilepsy, Huntington’s or brain injury and access care and support services in Ayrshire – either in your own home, in the community or through specialist neuro support services? Or do you care for someone with a neurological condition?
NHS Ayrshire and Arran are running a short survey to gather your thoughts on the care and support you/they receive.
The results will help to shape improvements and future services, as well as ensuring we are meeting the national General Standards for Neurological Care and Support. The survey will take 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
