The Council’s Housing Services is currently reviewing our Customer Participation Strategy and would like to hear your views on the draft Strategy.
Working in partnership with tenants and customers is key to the Council delivering excellent housing services to the people of North Ayrshire. The Council, along with other social landlords in Scotland, is required to have a Participation Strategy in place to do this and the current strategy in North Ayrshire expires in December 2022.
Our Housing Team are seeking feedback to develop their Participation Strategy 2022-2027 – you can read the draft document here. Share your thoughts and improvement ideas to shape the strategy by answering a few short questions via the survey here (deadline Friday 23 September).
