It is important that all council employees abide by the terms of the ICT Acceptable Use Policy.
From Wednesday, 9 October, IT Services will implement a new system for review and acceptance of the policy. You will be prompted on your council owned computer or mobile device to review and confirm acceptance of the terms of the ICT Acceptable Use Policy. Your acceptance is valid for one year.
Until you confirm acceptance you will be unable to login to Microsoft systems, including Teams and Outlook. If you have any connectivity issues after accepting, please restart your computer or mobile device.
We intend to stagger the rollout of this system; you can expect to receive the prompt within a month of Wednesday 9th of October. The prompt will appear similar to the below.
