Important reminder for Integra users

With the return of the new school term signalling the end of summer leave for many colleagues, we wanted to remind Integra users – before your calendars book up that the council’s current Integra Financial Management System will be upgraded to a new version called Centros in November this year.

Delivered by the Transformation team, the Integra to Centros V25 upgrade is part of the council’s Digital Transformation workstream – a key element of our Digital Strategy to deliver maximum efficiencies, improve digital skills and optimise financial savings.

Don’t delay, book your training slot today!

The planned go-live date for the system is Monday 10 November 2025 therefore to get ready for action, it is important that all current users of the Integra system book onto Centros V25 user acceptance training before the deadline of Friday 10 October 2025.

All current 775 Integra users will now have received a personal email invitation inviting them to book onto the training sessions.

Please use the link in the email to book your training slot. With plenty available to suit your schedule, two training sessions per day are currently on offer, in the morning and afternoon.

The main bulk of the training will take place in September, however mop-up training sessions will be provided by the Customer Services Training team between 1 – 10 October for anyone who can’t commit to completing their training during the next month.

If you have any questions, please speak to your line manager or send an email over to Tracy Nicol, Project Manager, Transformation or Jill Devine, Business Analyst, Transformation.

Training required for all Integra users! Book now graphic.

Integra Centros version 25 has 126 new features and many programme enhancements.

The training sessions underway are essential as they will provide current Integra users with the exact information required on how to navigate the new system and benefit from its improved functionality.

Mark Boyd, Head of Finance is urging colleagues to get upskilled. He shares:

“The upgraded version of Integra will bring an improved user journey and incorporates new functionality. The project team are working collaboratively with our supplier to ensure the successful transition to this latest version of Centros. All current Integra users are encouraged to book onto the Centros Training as soon as they receive their email to ensure they are able to book an appropriate slot on the date and time of their choosing.”
