If you have already registered: You will have received or will be due to receive a welcome email from support@txn.mail.rewardgateway.net with details on how to access your new platform.
If you have not already registered: If you still need to register and wish to sign up, you will be asked to enter your Employee Number this should be in the format: NAC followed by your 7-digit employee number and your department for example:
Payroll ID: NAC1234567
Department: Please note that the department will depend on what Directorate you work for therefore, you should enter one of the following:
- Health & Social Care Partnership
- Education
- Communities and Housing
- Place
- Corporate Services
It’s still our own employee benefits hub, however it’s easier to navigate, and clearer to see the total savings made – both through benefits and discounts.
Features and upgrades that you will be able to take advantage of on the new platform are:
Instant Vouchers
With Instant Vouchers, you save money immediately. You choose the amount you want to purchase a voucher for and pay a discounted price. You can then use the voucher to pay online or in-store.
Cashback
When you make a purchase via the Cashback option, you get a fixed amount or percentage of the total purchase amount back. After it’s been confirmed, the Cashback will make its way to your account on the platform where you can choose to spend it online or withdraw it directly to your bank account.
Reloadable Cards
We have Reloadable Cards for a selection of retailers. Every time you top up your Reloadable Card, you save money. Topping up is quick and easy and can be done from your mobile phone, so it’s perfect for when you want to do some spontaneous shopping.
Discount Codes
Saving could not be quicker than with our Discount Codes. By just copying and pasting you instantly save on your purchase.
The SmartSpending™ App
With the app you can save wherever and whenever you want. You’ll be able to view all your Instant Vouchers and Discount Codes on the app, just like you would on a browser. The app lets you top up your Reloadable Cards too. Plus, if you enable the Push Notifications setting, you’ll get the latest savings and increased deals straight to your phone.
Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for ‘SmartSpending.’ Once you’ve downloaded the app, enter the details you use to log in to mylifestyle.
