It’s approaching ten months since we all had to adapt and work in a new way. For some it’s meant working from home, for others it’s changes to service delivery, but for all of us the pandemic has presented many challenges.
The COVID restrictions have certainly changed the way we live and work, and now more than ever it’s important to look after our mental health and wellbeing.
DrEAM is all about taking time to be more active. Switch off from work mode and take the time to step away and have a proper break.
• Block off time in your diary to DrEAM
• Go for a lunchtime walk and get a bit of fresh air
• Do some exercise in the garden or even just dance around the room
Each week in News in Brief we’ll share ideas, advice and challenges to inspire you to get moving. In the meantime, enjoy some time outdoors, stay safe and wrap up warm!
