PAM Wellness pride themselves on delivering a high-quality service and maintain robust clinical standards and governance.

Support is available for you and your immediate family members* via the PAM Assist helpline and the service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including:

  • in the moment support via counsellors
  • legal, tax and medical information
  • bereavement support
  • trauma and critical incident support
  • computerised cognitive behaviour therapy
  • telephone, video and face-to-face counselling
