HR has been continuously reviewing processes where appropriate to transfer current paper-based forms to Office 365 forms in support of the digital agenda.
The Informal Absence Review Pro-forma e-form will launch on Monday 22 August and should be completed following Informal Stage Meetings. Please note, the formal launch for employees in Education will be after the October holidays, look out for further updates!
The new e-form is supported by an automated process, therefore making the procedure more streamlined and the overall process quicker and easier for everyone.
On completion of the e-form, you will receive a copy of the completed pro-forma with the next steps by email. The appropriate admin team will be notified to record on the HR Payroll System, and the employee will also automatically receive an outcome email containing the completed pro-forma and appropriate guidance.
The e-form is now available to be completed online here and via the Wellbeing@Work webpage on Connects.
