New look for HR21 self-service system

HR21 Version 5:

Please be aware that we will be moving to a new version (V5) of HR21 on Monday 15th November 2021.

HR21 is our self-service system for CHRIS and allows employees to access current and historical online payslips.  It also enables employees to change personal email address, home address, emergency contact details, bank details, equality details and make a mileage or expenses claim.

This new version of HR21 will have a slightly different look and feel, however the functionality will remain the same.  This new version also provides us with opportunities to explore for further improvements.

Webinars:

To allow us to ensure users are familiar with the new version of HR21, we have updated our demonstration videos on connects and these will be available once the system is live.  We have also scheduled a number of webinars for Managers.  This will allow us to provide managers with an introduction to HR21v5 and a high-level overview of how to access their team information and how to use the functionality already in use via the current version of HR21.

Please be aware that there will be a maximum of 20 attendees per session, therefore once the session is full it will be closed and the booking link made unavailable.

To book your slot in a webinar, please click on your preferred date/time below and complete/submit the appropriate booking form.

System Unavailability:

To allow us to go-live with this new version of HR21, we will be required to make the system unavailable from Thursday 11th November at 2pm until Monday 15th November at 9am.

Accessing HR21v5:

When accessing HR21v5, your login details will remain the same.  The URL used to access HR21 will however change and can be accessed via the below North Ayrshire connects page: https://northayrshirecouncil.sharepoint.com/sites/PayExpensesPensions/SitePages/View-your-payslip-online.aspx

Please note the link will not be updated until 9am on Monday 15 November and don’t forget to update your favourites if you have it saved.
