In the last issue of Staff Talk, we mentioned that Optima Health are remaining as our provider of Occupational Health services.
The three-way relationship between employee, work and health is more important than ever so as part of the new contract, we have been exploring how we can improve the services delivered, including how we obtain and share information – digitally where possible.
We’ve moved forward an exciting step! Jackie Smillie, Senior Manager (HR & OD) introduces updated information available on Occupational Health in this short video.
A new Optima Online service is now available, hosted by Optima Health. This site provides a wealth of information on how you can help to keep yourself and your team healthy as well as guidance on steps that can be taken when issues arise.
We’ve also developed a new Sharepoint site (available to staff with an Office 365 account), where all information and guidance in relation to Occupational Health issues can be accessed in one place.
