Occupational Health: Reminder of Self-Referral process

Managers are reminded that although NAC employees have the ability to self-refer, where possible and appropriate, employees should consider discussing  the issue with their relevant line manager in the first instance.

Where this is not relevant, the employee will be required to call the customer helpdesk on 0330 008 4333 or email advising of self-referral details and a Customer Service Administrator will then arrange a call back from a practitioner.

Managers who have access to MyOHPortal should not make a self-referral via the Portal.
