One Ricoh portal is now live

North Ayrshire Council Staff/Services, responsible for Ricoh multi-function devices (i.e. printer/scanner), are now able to obtain quotes, order new devices, track usage, submit meter readings and place a service request all through the One Ricoh Portal.

For staff already registered for the Ricoh eService, login details will remain the same.  Not yet registered? We would encourage all other Staff/Services involved with Ricoh devices to register as this is an easy way to manage your device.

Purchase Orders will still need to be raised via Integra to ensure budget holder approval, and the PO number must be included on the order submitted via the portal.

The portal can be accessed by clicking the One Ricoh Portal link.

To register for the portal you will need the serial number and postcode of the device.  Guidance document ‘NAC/MC/5006 Provision of Office Equipment’ has been revised and is currently undergoing accessibility checks and will be published in the next couple of weeks.  In the interim if you wish a copy please email: fionawilson@north-ayrshire.gov.uk

Consider our carbon commitments

Staff are reminded to please continue to think sustainably when printing. Before printing consider:

  • Do I need to print this?
  • Is double sided printing an option to use less paper?
  • Is recycled paper an option?
  • Do I really need colour copies?

Remember – black and white copies cost just £0.0021 as opposed to £0.02 for colour copies.
