Last week, we introduced Our Employee Journey. This week we would like to start telling you about how it can be of use to you.
The first stage focuses on the Attraction and Selection of prospective employees until the point where a position is secured with us:
Our new ‘We are a Great Place to Work’ Sway sits on myjoscotland and should help prospective employees find out a bit more about who North Ayrshire Council is, prior to them applying or as part of their interview preparation
Our new ‘Welcome Onboard’ Sway will be included in every successful candidate’s Confirmation of Appointment letter. It provides a similar overview of the Council and includes a welcome message from our Chief Executive, Craig Hatton (this will also be within the Employees Induction Information)
Each of these elements will help employees get to know a bit about us, our structure and what makes us tick even before they start!
