As has been said in previous weeks, in the current circumstances it’s more important than ever for managers and employees to touch base with each other regularly.
It’s also important for employees to recognise the contribution they are making and have made over the last 12 months.
Therefore, why not take the opportunity in one of your catch ups to reflect on this and at the same time do your ‘Our Time to Talk’?
This is definitely something you can do via Teams, even during a telephone call or face to face (respecting social distancing instructions).
