With the Connects clean-up underway and the festive break just around the corner, IT is reminding colleagues to clear up their documents.
The Connects annual review is progressing well and the Web Team would like to thank all services for their engagement and work with us so far.
If you haven’t done so already, it’s now time to confirm which of your documents are no longer required to sit on Connects.
These may be documents that are:
- out of date
- no longer relevant to your service’s workflow
- low in views (these figures can be provided by the team upon request)
· third party that could be externally linked out to instead
All services we have engaged with will have access to our annual review spreadsheet. On your relevant sheet, there is a column asking if the document is required to which you can answer yes or no.
Completing this before the Christmas break will give us a fresh start in the New Year to focus on improving the accessibility of the documents remaining.
