Are you a North Ayrshire resident? North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership is eager to hear about ‘What Matters to You’ when it comes to sharing your opinions on our services.
Your feedback will play a key role in helping us enhance how we engage with the community when designing and reviewing health and social care services.
You can take part by filling out our short survey, which should take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Paper copies are also available at North Ayrshire libraries.
The survey will close on Friday 6 December.
