Congratulations to Karly Monaghan from the Finance and Revenue’s Debt Recovery Team.
In addition to successfully passing the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV) Technician Level examinations in June 2021, Karly has been chosen by the IRRV’s Qualifications Management Board (QMB) as the Highest Performing Candidate (Technician Level) for Scotland at the June 2021 exam sitting. Karly will be presented with her well deserved prize at the IRRV’s Performance Awards Gala Dinner in October.
