This week sees the return of our annual #NAChristmas social media campaign.
Over the next five weeks we will spotlight some of the ongoing initiatives and services which are available to our communities in the lead up to Christmas and over the festive period.
The campaign aims to provide our residents with useful information that will be available this winter and will include topics such as:
- financial and food support available – including Money Matters, Welfare Reform Team, access to fair finance and the Fairer Food Network
- ‘Keep it Local’ – supporting your high street, local events, and places to visit
- winter readiness – preparing for winter weather, travel and road safety
- health and wellbeing – access to support services available
- recycling – festive recycling tips and Christmas and New Year bin collection arrangements
We will be using the hashtag, #NAChristmas24, on the corporate social media accounts X (@North_Ayrshire), Facebook (@NorthAyrshireOfficial) and LinkedIn (NorthAyrshireCouncil) – and we would greatly appreciate your support in helping us to spread the message far and wide.
