Telephony Maintenance

IT Services are working closely with our vendor to upgrade our telephony system.

Updates will be deployed to our physical handsets from 6pm on 27 to 28 January.

Handsets may restart forcing you to log on again in the morning.

If you experience any problems, please hard reset your phone by watching this YouTube video Cisco phone hard reset and following instructions.

Note: Jabber users will not be affected, this change will only affect physical handsets.
