The Everyday Mindfulness course is back

The LiveWell Group’s Everyday Mindfulness Scotland Course is back, starting on Monday 23 January, 6:15 – 7:30 pm this course will be delivered via Zoom and will run for four sessions until Monday 13 February.

Practising mindfulness techniques has been shown to have many benefits, including feeling less stressed and anxious, being more focused and the ability to relax and notice what is going on around you.
