The new North Ayrshire Council website has been live for almost two weeks…
The site has been redesigned with new features for an improved user experience. Improvements have been guided by:
- accessibility legislation
- best practice
- user feedback
- testing with customers and colleagues
During the discovery phase of the project, over 250 people completed our feedback survey to share their experience of using the previous version of the website.
To capture the extent of the improvements made to the user experience, we’d love our colleagues to share feedback about the new website. You don’t need to have provided feedback on the previous version of the website, all feedback is useful.
