Did you know? If you are in work but struggling with mental health difficulties (anxiety, depression, bereavement, stress etc), you can contact Able Futures for support.

Able Futures is a nationwide specialist partnership set up to provide the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions.

Able Futures can help you manage your mental health at work so you can enjoy more good days.

The support involves up to nine months' advice and guidance from a mental health coach who can help you learn coping mechanisms, build self-care routines, access therapy or work with your employer to make adjustments to help your mental health at work.

You can call Able Futures free on 0800 321 3137 from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday to find out more about their online mental health support, or you can apply online via the Able Futures website.

Please note you can also call North Ayrshire Council’s Employee Assistance Programme on 0800 882 4102 - 24hrs a day, 365 days per year.

You can also email the HR Operations team.
