New Lecture Room for Cunninghame House

We are pleased to announce the creation of a brand-new Lecture Room for Cunninghame House, located on the Third Floor (West).
The first of its kind for Cunninghame House, the new space is part of the ongoing Irvine Locality office moves to Cunninghame House to rationalise Council services and optimise our workforce.
Previously an Occupational Health office, the space has now been transformed thanks to a team effort from Council Officers and PMI.
Seating 49 with ample space for team building activities or promotional materials (if hosting an event), the room is bookable via the Microsoft Office 365 platform under the name: 'Cunninghame House Lecture Room 3rd Floor West.'
Once selecting your booking via Office 365, the Council Officer team will receive an alert to approve the booking and will contact the organiser directly to confirm further information via Microsoft Form.

With booking now open, seven sessions have already been booked including a retirement celebration, a networking session and a team building event.
Facilities in the room include:
- projector with HDMI cable
- 96x48-inch display board
- surround sound
- flexibility in layout with additional table space if required (current lecture format 49 seats, 16-seat board room style, 24-cabaret style)
