Update on hot desks in Cunninghame House

Following the opening of the new Customer Service Centre at Cunninghame House, the final staff relocations from Bridgegate House and Galt House have now been completed.

To address the increase in staff numbers, and to better align with recent Directorate changes, minor adjustments are being made to the office locations of some services.

These changes aim to balance space more effectively across the building and support a flexible and efficient working environment.

As a result, the availability of hot desks on the 2nd Floor East will change.

From Monday 15 June, twelve hot desks will be available to book via the usual process through your Outlook Calendar, simply select New Appontment in your Outlook meeting calendar, select the date and then click the left hand side Location tab, then Room Finder and scroll to 'Desk 2E' to see the details of the hot desks available for booking.
