Wellbeing courses and webinars continue

LiveWell has teamed up with our occupational health provider PAM Wellness to deliver a series of sessions this month for improved wellbeing, mindfulness and mental health resilience.
If you are interested in attending any of the sessions listed below, please access the relevant registration link and provide your details - once registered, you will receive a separate meeting link for the webinar.
Tuesday 10 March: Eating for Mood, Concentration, Focus and Mental (11am to 12 noon)

Monday 16 March: Impact of grief and loss on everyday life (9.30am to 10.30am)
The course will enable you to gain a deeper understanding of the range of emotional responses that can be triggered by grief and loss. You will explore key myths around grief reactions and identify ways to grow around grief. This will include signposting to help and support. Thursday 26 March: The psychological and emotional impact of the menopause (10.30am to 11.30am)
This session focuses on how the menopause can affect people psychologically and how to support yourself or those around you. You will gain a deeper understanding of what the menopause is, why psychological and emotional changes can occur, and what can be actioned to support yourself or those around you.
