New digital check-in system for Cunninghame House

Photo collage of recently refurbished ground floor of Cunninghame House

As advised in the recent communications regarding the Customer Service Centre relocation to Cunninghame House, we are introducing a new digital check‑in system for all customer appointments and external visits taking place at Cunninghame House.

This applies to all external visitors, including members of the public and external partners with effect from Monday 18 May 2026.

What this means for you:

For any meeting with external attendees held within the building, the hosting officer must:

  • log the meeting date, time and attendee details in advance using the digital check‑in system.
  • when your visitor checks in at reception, you will receive an email notification confirming their arrival
  • escort the visitor from reception to the meeting room, accompany them for the duration of their visit, and ensure they leave the building safely at the end of the meeting
  • take responsibility for your visitor during the visit, including escorting them during any fire evacuation.

Accessing the system

The Digital Check-In System uses single sign on and can be accessed using the link below. Please save this as a favourite on your browser.

A short instruction guide has been shared directly to our inboxes by Fiona Walker, Head of People and ICT today, which explains how to enter your meetings and manage visitor check‑ins.

Please complete this information for any meetings with external visitors already scheduled for week commencing 18 May 2026 and beyond.

Please note: Visitors must never move around Cunninghame House unescorted.

For any questions, please contact our Project Manager Angela McNamara, Project Manager

Your cooperation is essential to help us strengthen building security and ensure the safety of staff and visitors.
