Help the Council's digital transformation journey

Digital North Ayrshire logo with IT icons

North Ayrshire Council is undertaking a Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA) in partnership with the Digital Office for Scottish Local Government. Coordinated by the Transformation team, this will help us better understand our digital strengths, challenges, and opportunities across the organisation.

Between now and August 2026, the DMA will include:

  • Senior Leadership Objective Setting Workshop (March 2026)
To identify key successes, challenges and priorities.
  • Service Innovation Workshops (March-April 2026)
Open to all Senior Managers and employees who have been nominated by their Service to share experiences, insights and ideas.
  • All Staff Digital Maturity Survey (mid-March 2026)
During March 2026, a short online survey will be launched which will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and will gather views from everyone across the Council.

Your input is vital. The information gathered will shape our digital transformation priorities and help us to invest in the right tools, skills, and processes to support both staff and service users.

More details will be shared shortly, including workshop invitations and survey links.
